Since 2006 he is the Head of the Sintez OKA Group of Companies.
Since 2015 he is the General Manager of «Himsorbent CJSC».
Rybalchenko Sergey
Executive Director of CJSC «Himtek Engineering»
In 1982 he graduated with honors from the National Polytechnic University (Odessa), specialty-chemical technology of basic organic and petrochemical substances.
In 1983 he graduated from All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics, specialty-economics and production management.
Experience in the chemical industry is more than 30 years, including more than 20 years in senior positions.
Since 2015 he is the Executive director of Himtek Engineering JSC.
Koltun Roman
Technical Director of LLC «Sintez OKA»
In 1999 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University and gained more than 15 years of experience in the chemical industry.
He joined the company in 2008, started up with the position of the Chief Officer for technical development.
Since 2010 he was the Head of production of Himsorbent CJSC.
Since 2016 he is the Technical Director of of Sintez OKA LLC.

He has more than 15 years of top management experience in the chemical industry in the field of design, construction and operation of chemical productions.

Commercial Director
In 2005 he gained a diploma of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) named after I.M.Gubkin, specialty "Equipment for oil and gas processing" (Faculty "Engineering mechanics") with honors.
In 2011 he graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (faculty "Management and Marketing", specialty "Management of the organization") with honors.
In Decemder 2017 he took the lead of the Commercial Service of the Sintez OKA Group of Companies.

Supply Chain Director
In 2007 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R.E. Alekseev.
He has more than 14 years of experience in commerce.
From 2007 to 2017 he worked in the commercial department of Sintez OKA LLC.
Since October 2017 he is a supply chain director of Sintez-Oka Trading House LLC.

Director for Economic affairs and Finance
In 2002 he gained a diploma of the St. Petersburg State Forest Technical University with honors.
He has gained over 12 years of experience in auditing, accounting and budgeting. Setting and automation of management accounting and budgetary control systems. Preparation and structuring of M&A transactions.
He is a Financial Executive Officer of CJSC «Himtek Engineering» since 2013.

She has more than 15 years of experience on senior positions in accounting.
Since October 2014 she is the chief accountant of Sintez OKA LLC.
MALKOVA NATALYA
IT Director
In 2004 she graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State University. named after N.I. Lobachevsky.
She has over 15 years of experience in the field of information technologies. In 2008 she became the head of the IT department of Sintez OKA LLC. Since 2016 she is the Director of IT at Himtek Engineering JSC.
REBANE JAN
R&D Director
In 1992 he graduated from the Moscow State University (Faculty of Chemistry) with honors, in 1996 he defended Ph.D. In 1996-1997, he completed an internship in the Laboratory of Inorganic Chemistry at Oxford University. He has over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry at Huntsman, BASF, Sibur.
Since 2019 he is the R&D Director Himtek Engineering JSC.
KISLICYNA ANASTASIA
HR Director
In 2009 she graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University, specialty «Thermophysics, Automation, and Ecology of Industrial Furnaces». In 2013, she graduated from the “Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation” with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
She has over 10 years of experience in HR, more than 6 years in the position of HR Director.
Since 2016 he is the HR Director at Himtek Engineering JSC.
PROSKURYAKOVANATALIA
Marketing Director
In 1996 she graduated from Saratov State Technical University, Plastics and elastomers processing technology, chemical engineer – technologist. In 2000, at the same University, she received an economic education in Management. She has over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, including working for 14 years in various positions in marketing and business development at Sibur and Rusvinyl.
Since 2020 she is the Marketing Director at Himtek Engineering JSC
Gunina Lyudmila
Director of Legal Affairs of CJSC «Himtek Engineering»
Graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State University. N.I. Lobachevsky with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2001. Possesses more than 20 years of experience in legal support of large manufacturing companies including more than 10 years in the position of Director of Legal Affairs.
Has been a part of Himtek Engineering JSC as a Legal Affairs Director since 2021.
