The general license, allowing to carry out non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity of the enterprises within their competence was issued to the Sintez OKA group of companies by the Decision of the Russian Federation Government:

The Sintez OKA Group of Companies created the internal compliance export programs and obtained the state registration certificate in the prescribed manner:

Certificate of state accreditation for CJSC "Himsorbent"
