Energy independence
Heat and electric energy is supplied to the Igumnovskaya power station, which is part of the Sintez OKA Group of Companies. Also, HPS provides the supply of demineralized water and steam.
Production culture
The cycles of loading components, synthesis and storage of finished products are maximally automated. The quality of finished products is ensured not only by days off, but also by intermediate control of the production cycle.
Uninterrupted operation
To solve these problems, our production facilities are continuously upgraded. And once a year, the entire production is stopped at the planned preventive repair PPR
Raw material
The entire range of construction chemicals is produced on one industrial site. Raw materials localization is 82%. In other words, almost all raw materials used in production are produced by enterprises of the Group of Companies.
All production cycles are environmentally friendly. All waste products are disposed of in an industrial kiln, the design of which blocks the release of any harmful compounds into the atmosphere. An environmental laboratory is operating at the plant to control emissions.
All products undergo a rigorous multistage output control at an accredited analytical laboratory for production control.
