Experimental compositions of SINTEFLOW polycarboxylate ethers

SINTEFLOW

MEGA 71 is a high range water reducer with an increased strength development at all days of hardening.
SINTEFLOW MEGA 71 is a high range water reducer with an increased strength development at all days of hardening. In terms of "Water reduction", this composition is similar to MEGA 50, however, by changing the modes of synthesis and using new components, it provides a strength increase of +10 - 15% from the first day of hardening.

MEGA 73 a water reducer with increased strength development.
SINTEFLOW MEGA 73 - a water reducer with increased strength development. The main purpose of the development of this synthesis is polycarboxylate ether, which provides low W / C ratio in concrete with a high content of dust-like particles: clay sands, cements on siliceous marl, microsilica, etc.

SENSITIVE 51 a new synthesis of the slump retarder.
SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE 51 - a new synthesis of the slump retarder. The main goal is the creation of polycarboxylate ether with the maximum slump retention time of the concrete.

DS Dry polycarboxylate ether
SINTEFLOW DM, SINTEFLOW DD and SINTEFLOW DS are products of low-temperature spray drying of SINTEFLOW polycarboxylate ethers with technological additives.

SINTEFLOW DM - dehydrated MEGA 50;
SINTEFLOW DD - dehydrated DUO 2605;
SINTEFLOW DS - dehydrated SENSITIVE 50;

All brands are distinguished by a high regeneration of properties with respect to the initial composition (loss of efficiency in water reduction is no more than 3%).
Dehydration is carried out without the use of inert bodies. Powders are 100% active ingredient.
Powder dispersion is high.
Intensively soluble in water.
Solubility in water is not limited.

SINTEFLOW

GL Concrete mix stabilizer
SINTEFLOW GL - concrete mix stabilizer based on ethoxylated fatty acids.
The purpose of this composition is to regulate the viscosity of highly mobile concrete mixtures. The stabilizer can be perfectly mixed with polycarboxylate ethers in any ratios.

DG Concrete reinforcer
SINTEFLOW DG is a concrete reinforcer based on hydroxypropyllated ethanols. SINTEFLOW DG is added to the concrete mix together with polycarboxylate ethers or independently.
Hydration of cement in the presence of SINTEFLOW DG is characterized by a more active formation of ettringite, which leads to an active strength development of the cement stone in all periods of hardening.

AD Concrete reinforcer
SINTEFLOW AD - concrete reinforcer polyalkylen ethers and methyl ethanol based. It is added to the concrete mix only with polycarboxylate ethers.
SINTEFLOW AD significantly reduces the hydrophilic lipophilic balance of polycarboxylate ethers. As a result, the air entrainment in concrete mixtures, plasticized with polycarboxylate ethers is significantly reduced, which leads to an increase in the strength properties of concrete.
A feature of SINTEFLOW AD is that its introduction does not affect the rheology of fluid and cast concrete mixes.
